I have once again found more evidence that the government is indeed hiding a secret organization from the public. I sincerely believe that [redad] [redad] [acted] [read] [redacted] [reed] [redacted] [rected].

Attached below is a something I found on the redacted during my search in racted freaky clown museum.

Could this be what the CPA stands for? This further proves my point that they are possibly an organization dedicated to stopping time travelling. But, why?

Additionally, I have managed to steal a USB labelled something something on the redacted. Perhaps this could be what I am looking for. I manage to buy an old vintage computer and will attempt to see if I could access any information from it. It's all encrypted, but I'm trying to find a away to bypass it.

With this information, this USB, I can proof to the world that I'm not insane. This organization... This, "CPA". It exists. I just know it.
